Summary

Buggie is a concept design used for my admission to General Assembly’s User Experience Design Immersive Program. The challenge was to consider how the grocery store experience could be improved by a mobile app. The outcome was a simple mobile app that helps shoppers deal with the common challenges and pain points related to grocery shopping.

Finally, an app that takes the guessing game out of grocery shopping. Buggie is an app that generates a shopping list for recipes that you want to try. Not sure what type of sugar you need? We’ve got you! With the items created from your recipe, Buggie will find the right ingredients and pricing that you can add to your shopping list!

Reflection

This was a fun project! I knew I had to create a grocery shopping experience since I already see gaps in the current grocery shopping apps on the market today. If I were to continue with this project, I would spend more time on research and speaking to potential users.
